안녕하세요. 빅히트 뮤직입니다. 당사는 투모로우바이투게더에 대한 명예훼손, 모욕, 성희롱, 허위사실, 악의적 비방 등 악성 게시물 작성자를 상대로 정기적인 법적 대응에 나서고 있습니다. 이와 관련한 진행 상황을 말씀드립니다. 당사는 팬 여러분의 제보와 자체 모니터링을 통해 하반기에 새롭게 수집한 증거 자료를 바탕으로 수사기관에 고소장을 제출했습니다. 닉네임을 주기적으로 변경하며 악성 행위를 이어가는 게시자는 실시간 모니터링과 추적을 통해 닉네임 변경 내역을 파악하고, 그동안 사용한 닉네임의 작성글 자료를종합적으로 정리하여 고소장을 작성했습니다. 또한, 피의자가 별도의 이름 및 닉네임을 사용하지 않더라도 고소 대상에 포함됩니다. 디시인사이드, 커뮤니티, SNS 등에서 끈질기게 작성하는 악성 게시물 뿐만 아니라 아티스트의 이미지를 저해하는 다음 카페 게시물에 작성한 모욕성 댓글도 법적 대응을 진행 중입니다. 앞으로도 아티스트의 권리를 침해하는 악성 게시물에 대해서는 강력한 법적 대응을 할 것임을 알려드립니다. 기존 안내한 바와 같이 아티스트 권리침해 관련한 법적 대응 과정에서 합의나 선처는 없습니다. 투모로우바이투게더에 대한 악성 게시물 수집과 신고, 법적 대응은 정기적으로 이뤄지고 있습니다. 앞으로도 팬 여러분의 관심과 빅히트 뮤직 법적 대응 계정(protect@bighitmusic.co.kr)을 통한 적극적인 제보 부탁드립니다. 투모로우바이투게더를 향한 팬 여러분의 애정과 헌신에 늘 감사드립니다. 저희 빅히트 뮤직은 아티스트의 권익 보호를 위해 끊임없이 노력하겠습니다. 감사합니다. ---- Update Notice on Legal Proceedings Against Violation of Artist Rights (Dec. 29) Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. Our company regularly initiates legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious activities related to TOMORROW X TOGETHER, including defamation, personal attacks, sexual harassment, the spread of groundless information, and ill-intentioned criticism. We would like to provide an update on these activities. We have recently filed additional criminal complaints using new information provided by fans as well as collected through our monitoring initiatives. We filed criminal complaints against those who have been periodically changing their nicknames and their respective accounts by tracking the changes in their nicknames, and the posts they uploaded under their various pseudonyms through constant and real-time monitoring. Criminal complaints were also filed against anonymous perpetrators who did not use their real names or nicknames. We are taking measures against those who have been persistently uploading malicious posts on social media platforms like DC Inside and online communities and defamatory posts on Daum Cafe that damage the artist’s image. We would like to make it clear that we will take strong legal action against uploading malicious posts that violate artists’ rights. As we have already noted, we maintain a strict policy of no settlement and no leniency in the prosecution of any violation of artist rights. BIGHIT regularly collects information on malicious postings regarding TOMORROW X TOGETHER, reports them to the authorities and files criminal complaints.
