GFRIEND GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB BUDDY MEMBERSHIP Refund Information

Hello. This is Source Music. We would like to thank all of our GFRIEND GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB BUDDY MEMBERSHIP (“Membership”) holders. Please refer to the following information on refund guidelines and process for the remaining period on your Membership. (1) Refunds will be provided to Membership holders with unexpired Memberships who apply for a refund. Membership holders who wish to have the remaining period in their Memberships refunded may apply via the email sent to your Weverse Shop email address (the account used to sign up for your Membership). However, if you receive a refund of your Membership, you may no longer be able to access Member-only content in GFRIEND Weverse (selected multimedia in “Membership Only” tab - BUDDY LOUNGE, “Media” tab - For Wever). After reading this notice, please check your email inbox and reply to the request form for your refund to be processed in the order they are received. If you do not wish a refund, you may use your Membership until it expires. (2) Your refund will be provided as cash credits that can be used on Weverse Shop. If you request a refund, the amount corresponding to the dates remaining on your Membership will be returned to use at 110% as cash points for use on Weverse Shop. (However, memberships that began after May 1, 2021 will be refunded a set amount of 25,000 won.) <Refund amount calculation> Refund amount = (A * B) * 110% A: Remaining time (unit: days) = Membership end date - membership expiration date B: amount per day (unit: won = 25,000 won / 365 (rounded down to the nearest whole number) We once again thank all BUDDY MEMBERSHIP users, and please direct any questions related to your Membership refund to the 1:1 inquiry in the GFRIEND Weverse Shop customer service center.
